医科达公司年度股东大会于2009年9月15日解析为授权董事会对收购最大的股份公司总数的10％的决定。

医科达的董事会2010 6月16日，在决定授权高级管理层启动回购股份在1亿瑞典克朗的量不超过65万股行使这一授权，对应的杰出总数的0.7％股份公司。
